The fuel farm for Delta Air Lines was originally built in the 1970’s, and many of the systems put in place over 40 years ago to help manage the day-to-day operations, were still in place a few years ago. Over the past few years, significant upgrades have been made across the fuel farm to replace aging equipment, improve the electrical infrastructure and upgrade software and systems.
