Our certified trainer, with over 15 years Varec field service experience provides one-on-one instruction. Learn first-hand the correct way to:
Correctly align all parts to prevent tape breakage and eliminate gauge hang-ups in a 2500 ATG, 2520 ATG or 6700 LLI
Which parts should be lubricated and which lubricant to use to keep the gauge running smoothly
How to identify and correct bad applications to improve the performance

Training Facilities
Training can be conducted at our Atlanta production facility where they can gain first hand experience from our production technicians. Alternatively training can be conducted at your facility where your attendees can examine and diagnose your instruments as part of the training course. Training is conducted through lecture, demonstration and extensive hands-on exercises. Instructors will create different scenarios that pose challenges to each of the trainees. Students should be prepared for an interactive and fast paced learning environment.
Course Pre-requisites
The following prerequisites are required by each individual attending the Float & Tape Tank Gauge Maintenance training course.
1. Three (3) months experience as a tank farm and terminal operator or an instrument technician?
Course Completion
A Varec certificate of completion is earned after successfully completing the course.
